Once you make your purchase, you will be sent the initial class email, which will include:

  1. a Zoom link to our first class

  2. A calendar invitation for each of the classes

  3. A short introduction to the class and what to expect

  4. Some fun and completely not required “pre-work” to get you in the right headspace!

  5. And a short guide on how to create a Substack account (encouraged but not required.
